We visited this beach with our family this weekend and immediately regretted it. The beach itself is quite nice and accessible to the public. What ruins it are the people not following rules (there is a big sign at the entrance and nobody to enforce the rules) and being flat out inconsiderate of others. It felt more like the Wild West. We counted almost 50 jet skis and boats inside the breakwater. From past experience going to many other beaches, people on watercraft respect a no wake zone…. Here the jet skis go full throttle speeding near people swimming. It is a hazard to say the least. A boat moved to where we were swimming and effectively forced us to swim away. It’s hard to even enjoy the beach without going into the water with the throttling noise of jet skis and constantly inhaling gasoline. We saw people with glass bottles, many dogs (which aren’t allowed), kids throwing rocks near people swimming, as well as boats and jet skis way too...
