Ordered an arrangement for my mom for mother's day and had it delivered early (on friday) so they hopefully wouldn't be as busy. I paid $45 for an arrangement but it looked like they just took handfuls of flowers and put them in a vase and spent ZERO time arranging them. I paid for an arrangement and they didn't arrange them at all. Just gave her clumps of flowers. I could have sent $10 to my dad and got a better looking arrangement from Walmart. If you want want an arrangement that looks anything like the pictures on their website dont bother spending your money here. I understand it's a busy time of year but if you aren't going to produce quality arrangements then you shouldn't be charging more...

I ordered the Pure Happiness bouquet and it arrived looking very sad. I know flowers are out of season right now and bouquets will not turn out exactly as the online photo, but I did not expect to receive a bouquet that included wilted, dying, petal-less flowers. There could have been communication about not being able to replicate the bouquet I requested. I’m extremely disappointed that the florist did not bother to reach out to me about substituting other flowers or even selecting a different bouquet altogether. Instead, the florist chose to put together a thing of wilted, dying petal-less flowers that was underwhelming to say the least. I paid $75 for this! My business will be taken...

Cheryl is wonderful, an artist, and has a passion for helping people. She did the flower arrangements for a family funeral and listened to everything we said. The flowers, which ended up as a mixed between two different styles, turned out exactly how we wanted them. Gorgeous. She was also very accommodating when we had a scheduling conflict. It was a pleasure to work with her. She also made sure to ask us either there was anything besides fresh flowers or potted plants that others who wanted to contribute could get for us (benches, stepping stones, memorials, etc).
