My daughter needed a car. Not much money to spend, but we found a car at Pfeifle's in our price range. I talked to Preston on the phone, we live a half-hour away and couldn’t come to see the car until the evening. He met us there after hours, which was nice, so the kid and I didn’t have to miss work to view the car. Very friendly, and what was so impressive to me, is that he treated us the same as if we were going to be spending a lot of money. After the test drive we were then working with Jesse, who was also very friendly, he delivered the car to where we live. How nice is that? So, the second day my daughter had the car it had some issues. Now this is where customer service really shines or shatters right? If I was talking right now, you would hear me stuttering. I cannot express how great these guys were, it makes me wanna cry a little bit. Communication with Jesse was nothing short of GREAT, quick replies, he never made us feel like we weren’t important. I’m sitting here shaking my head over it still as I’m typing this. I am not going to get into all the details, other than to say that they really took good care of us, the car is fixed, and it’s running fine. TMI, but during this time, my kid had some “unfortunate events” that all just kinda came crashing down at once, like when it rains it pours right, so it was a big weight lifted off. I came in looking at something that I liked but wasn't right for me. Jesse took my budget and found me an amazing deal. They gave me a really fair trade in price for my car and I drove off the lot in my new car! The small town business gives more care. I loved being able to support a local business. I was also very well taken care of. I very much appreciated the hospitality I was given and I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you Jesse and Preston for making buying a car such a stress free and real experience. Out of all the cars I have gotten over the years at dealerships, this dealership was the best. Called about a pickup that I saw posted online. I am an 8 hour drive away. The salesman sent lots of photos and told me a price, even agreed to meet me half way which was awesome. Just about had the deal made and was planning a trip when I was then told a different price which was $10,000 more than what I was originally told. Glad we didn't change our entire work schedules planning a trip but that's not great business.
