We had a positive experience dealing with Carole Kitchen and Bath and especially with our designer Mr. Frank Purdy.

In June we started planning our kitchen renovation. Carole Kitchen and Bath was one of the cabinet companies which our contractor referred us to. We definitely made the right choice selecting them to help us plan our kitchen.

Going through a kitchen renovation is a stressful time but having Frank Purdy with us every step of the way guiding us, giving us suggestions and ideas made the process go smoothly and less stressful. He listened to what we were looking for in a new kitchen, our priority being more storage space. We have a small kitchen but Frank was able to work with our space and create a design adding more storage space. We met with Frank many times and changed our minds many times. He has extensive experience and lots of patience and cared that we get the kitchen that we wanted. Frank made us feel comfortable and very confident in his ideas and designs. And he is also a great person to talk to and always enjoyed our meetings.

We were very happy with the end results. We have beautiful cabinets and wonderful drawer storage and an extra bonus of a lazy Susan.

We turned to Carole's Kitchen and Bath Design after Home Deport forgot to order our kitchen and we were moving into our new apartment. I cannot say enough about the service and consideration we received from Carole's Kitchen and Bath Design. We had a wonderful representative in Sara who was very accommodating. She came over to measure our kitchen in a very timely fashion and worked with us to get the best price for our choice of kitchen cabinets and counter top. Not only was the service excellent and customer service outstanding, but the price was absolutely fair and on target. The cabinets came in on time, were installed by an excellent cabinet man recommended by Sara. And when one door appeared damaged, a new one was ordered and installed within three or four weeks.
