Absolutely would not recommend. Hired Empire to install power for an outdoor kitchen project and another project. In order to start the project, we put 50% down. The entire process had zero communication unless I reached out to establish timelines. When it came time to finish the install of outlets for the outdoor kitchen, an appointment was set. About 30 minutes after the appt time, I messaged and asked if they were still coming or running late or what was going on. The response was, we were there and nobody was there, so they left. No phone call, no text, no nothing. The outdoor kitchen is on the other side of the house, where we were. 4 cars in the driveway. We were just on the other side of the house by the lake. When they messaged back, William said he would do his best to get someone out that day. He later edited his text message to take out the word today. I messaged again the next day, no response, I called again on Monday, he had Christine answer. My wife called later, no call back. We then call again, it’s now 5 days after. Finally, I get a call. The response is basically, we were there, we called and sent a message. I can prove that no call was made to me, no message was sent either. They know if we aren’t in the house we are around the front by the lake. I was literally asked, “were you at the door”? I can also prove this conversation happened and what was said. I replied, come on man, that’s ridiculous, the project is on the other side, where I was. Mind you, they have been here before and know exactly where the project is. There are so many things that could have been done here. Calling me, texting me, walking around to where the project was, starting the project (that’s outside), if they truly felt I wasn’t here, again with all the cars in the driveway. Btw, when he said my guy was there, he sent a picture from the road of the house, with all the cars in the driveway. But no, they simply didn’t want to finish what was started, and keep my down payment. At the end of the return call, I was told to find someone else to finish it. This project was started in March, and I was told to get on the schedule, when the island was in, they’d make time to get it hooked up and electric finished. Absolutely everything that has been written above can be proven with witnesses, phone records, pictures, etc. Again, I absolutely do not recommend Empire!! If I could give a 0 star I would. In response to Empires response: I understand your desire to show folks that you all are a great company. The last thing you said to me was “find someone else to do it”. Other people heard our conversation. In regards to walking around the property without being greeted. You were not greeted at the door when you started the project. You walked around. We were at the lake installing the pier. My cell service is not a problem. No message or call was sent or made. You told me from the beginning, you would get me in when it was ready. We both know you could have easily made this happen. If I had known you all wouldn’t finish the job unless I was standing at the door… Everyone reading this knows that’s just an excuse. Having been here and done the groundwork before without being greeted. You literally just told me to find someone else, after asking me if I had someone else and me responding no. The permit is and has been here since March. Same as the approval from the HOA. Never once have you asked for it until now. Further showing you want to make this difficult and place blame on me. Again, this could’ve easily been avoided. You guys should really just be honest with yourselves here and reflect on what you can do to better serve your customers. Just my opinion, but this review isn’t going to kill your business unless you decide to not find ways to improve your communication and do what you promised, quoted and were paid to. Btw, 50% up front isn’t really relative. Considering no wiring, breakers, outlets etc were installed. You and I both know this whole thing isn’t right.

I couldn’t ask for better service, these people are the friendliest and were there to help me every step of the way. Definitely on my list for the go to repairs that I can’t do myself. My great granddaughter even loved them. They made sure everything was neat, tidy and working properly before leaving. Than you guys so much.

I couldn’t ask for better service, these people are the friendliest and were there to help me every step of the way. Definitely on my list for the go to repairs that I can’t do myself. My great granddaughter even loved them. They made sure everything was neat, tidy and working properly before leaving. Than you guys so much.

The team showed up right on time, fixed the loose porch light (someone else had installed and) to prevent yellowjackets from nesting inside and removed a large inoperable ceiling fan and installed a new light and fan combo unit. They were quick and extremely professional. Will call them again!

I had someone come out for an estimate over two weeks ago. I let a week pass before I called them to follow up, since no one reached out to me. I was told I would get an email/call by the end of the day, never happened. Then had to call repeatedly, each time getting a similar response about them being busy, having other emergencies, but someone will get back to me. As if my emergency was smaller than everyone elses... after my 5th time calling to follow up, she acted like she had emailed me "days ago", which never happened. Finally received my quote, an was outrageous cost to say the least. I'm so disappointed I wasted all this time and energy on a company that had come so highly...

My husband and I are older in addition to my husband being legally blind. Our breaker in the circuit box failed leaving us with no water. After searching the web and calling 3 separate companies which could not help or could not send anyone out for several days I called Empire Electric. They were at our house within half an hour fixed the electrical issue and even cleaned out our circuit box. I was totally impressed with their service in responsiveness, quality of work, and pricing. We will definitely use them again and I totally recommend them. They even put up patiently with mu husbands story telling before they left. Thank you...
