☆☆☆BUT let me tell you something.. it is under new ownership (a man named Sam) as of almost a month ago and in less than a week this place has been turned upside down, cleaned rehabbed and the owner is constantly there greeting people and genuinely speaking two customers and improving everything imaginable...
