Woodburn Golf Club — Local services in Woodburn

Been golfing here since I was a kid. It's a flat course with no hazards and sand greens. Open to the public and only $10 to play a round of 9 holes. They do not have tee times, only walkthroughs. Payment is made with cash or venmo and you sign in at a little booth outside the clubhouse. All on the honor system. Fairways are pretty decent and maintained. You have to sweep your own greens when done with a hole. However, the sweeps are gone for the time being...

I took my 2 children (6 & 4) and we had an absolute blast playing this course. There were 6 other groups there and all of them were very understanding of the situation. And never once made us feel unwelcome or slow. It was a great way to spend the day with my family. Would highly recommend it for the price. Perfect for beginners and children.

The sand greens were a little unorthodox, but a nice 9 hole course to practice approach shots, with little to no worry about leaving ball divots in the greens. The community seems to respect the course, every green was raked for the next person.

Side note, bring cash to deposit into dropbox, or have a venmo ready to pay the very appropriate $10 for 9 and $15 for 18 (or two...
