Poor Customer Service!! Today, I witnessed one of the workers being rude to a customer, granted there was a language barrier, so she couldn't really understand him, but instead of being patient, she told him she'll give him whatever and if it's wrong it's on him! I couldn't believe what I heard!!! How can a business treat their customer this way?? ESPECIALLY when their website states "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS #1" The times that I've been here, I see a lot of people in MY COMMUNITY support this business and instead of being grateful they get treated this way?? What is wrong with people these days? Why can't people just be kind? Every one is trying to make a living, does it hurt to TRY...

I stopped in their office yesterday and got a pound of seed for the same price as two little envelopes at the big box's garden center. Great service, and a real treasure to have in Woodbury. Customer service is very bad. People are very bad attitude to customers. I saw they yelled at customers, act like don’t want to sell anything to anyone. Not recommended don’t go support these people. Order online is much easier. I wish this business will die soon. So good people will take over...
