Pioneer Hi-Bred — Local services in Woodhull

Right on first driveway for dry deliveries. Called # on sign as instructed. Essentially, follow driveway and doors are on the left, back into whichever opens first, chick tires, turn in keys and paperwork to office on other side of south dock. Doors were full but first truck in line for door. Lots of space even though you’re backing into a building. Well maintained lot. Fast and easy. Not sure why all the bad reviews.

Don't know what kind of experience the people had who wrote the bad reviews. Mine couldn't have gone better. Very nice and CLEAN facility, polite people, tons of space to maneuver trucks, well paved concrete with no potholes, and they loaded me in 15 minutes. There's absolutely nothing I could complain about.
