Addiction powersports seems like a good shop. However, I came to them with my modified RZR built for racing that I inherited from my younger brother. The car wouldnât go over 15mph after 30 seconds of driving and then would go into a limp mode. I took it to addiction as I saw they built their own race car and assumed they could figure out what was wrong. The car was in the shop for 3+ months and they redid the electrical, relocated the CPU, said they would put a tune in it, then said they couldnât do it (didnât see a cost savings though), they said a $75 radiator part would fix my MAIN problem so I had them install a clutch as well. I spent $4,000 there and they said the car was ready to go. I picked it up, took it out and after 30 seconds it again wouldnât go over 15mph. The MAIN issue still wasnât fixed! I talked to one of the owners and told them their manager told me it was ready to race and to be picked up. Hard to race a car that doesnât go over 15. He informed me they would give me 2 free hours of service which is unbelievable after spending $4k and 3 months in the shop. I bit my tongue and took it in again. After a couple weeks they called me and said an injector was bad and that should fix the problem. Spent a little over $100 for the part and labor and thought it would be fixed. Nope. Took it out and still has the same issue. They told me my car was fixedâŚand it wasnât. Took it back again and told me it was fixedâŚit wasnât. Iâm not confident in their organization, note taking, and ability to prioritize work. Every time I talked to someone there they didnât know what the main problem was with the car! I had to explain the issue over and over. It would be nice if they took intake notes about issues and had things documented. I feel like I was taken advantage of even though they said they gave me a discount. I appreciate that but again, I took it in for ONE issue. Paid $4,100 and still have the same issue. Not happy with the company, and not happy with the service. Like I said, every time I called no one knew what the ONE issue was. Every person I talked to I had to explain the issue to again and again. Very disappointed they did not focus on the ONE problem I brought it in for but instead focused on othersâŚthey simply spent too much time re-wiring the car and other things that they forgot to focus on the main issue that I was...
Read moreI just have to take a second and give a review on this trinity racing worlds best belt. Quick backstory i have a 2016 xpt car with tons of upgrades! Got a hold of Addiction, and purchased some 2019 4 seater factory clutches. Along with that I purchased this belt that you see on the right. Keep in mind this is â2021â when i did this. Installed everything on the car and slapped the clutch cover on and away I went! Fast-forward to today 3-18-24, this is the first time Iâve pulled my clutch, cover off to do some routine, maintenance and cleaning! This belt still works perfectly for me, as do the clutches! I was blowing belts left, and right before addiction set me up with this worlds best belt! Decided to put the new one on and keep the one thatâs been on my car for the last couple years as a back up. This belt has taking me on countless dunes trips, snow trips, and hill rallys, (and I drive like a madman with a heavy foot) and still acts like I put it on the car yesterday!! Killer product...
Read moreThis is by far the best aftermarket parts and accessories shop. In 20 years in the sport of Sxs I haven't found such caring service. The employees all are passionate about helping and know their stuff on what works best on all ranges of Sxs parts. You really feel they take the time to get the best price for you and the knowledge of what works and is best not only for a sale. I'll be bringing all my future upgrades to them. I can trust they are trying to get me the best deal and product. Case and point was the 2024 maverick R. With such a new model it was impossible to get rims for sand tires that weren't over $1200 each. Yet they found ones for less...
