This is my son's only pumpkin patch since he was born, and now he's 4. We moved out of Clark County last year but made the trek from King County to The Patch out of Fall tradition. When we arrived at 1130 am on Columbus Day Monday to an empty parking lot and a closed pumpkin patch, we were so bummed and scrambling to find another pumpkin patch for my son. Like The Patch, many were closed on Mondays or were down in Portland. 😱 Dave, one of the owners of The Patch drove over, heard that we had driven over 2 hours on our day off to come to The Patch. He said they started closing Mondays this year. Despite this, Dave said we could stay and visit the Patch!!! We had lovely time as we always do going through the hay and corn mazes, picking lovely pumpkins and gourds in the shade, listening to the trains coming and going in the distance, and soaking up the lovely views of the foothills. When we were checking out with Kim, she didn't charge for 3 of the smaller pumpkins because of some imperfections, AND discounted the large pumpkin to a medium. THANK YOU for all the earlier years of lovely pumpkin/fall memories and for this year's. The Patch is a place of beauty, wonder, and heart, just like the family who...
Read moreFree entry, family friendly and seriously great pumpkin prices! The Patch is full of photo opportunities for making memories as you return each year to see how much everyone's grown.
We've been coming since 2017 and it's perfect for our small children who just want to run around and check everything out. We always love the Hay Maze out front and appreciate that it's covered and dry. We checked out the kid's Corn Maze this year and love that it is free to explore! We normally visit on the weekdays so we haven't tried a hay ride yet, which would be the only improvement I would suggest (more running time).
We loved the new pumpkin patch locations; so picturesque with the hills surrounding you, especially on the dry Autumn days. Wheelbarrows are provided and easy to drop off in the parking lot when you're finished.
Staff is friendly and helpful and we are always inspired to create a pumpkin stack of our own! Easy to access from the freeway and...
Read moreLove the free/spacious parking and free admission. I wish the hay ride was set up better with such a short holiday season so it was actually running (maybe get more hay to cover mud so it can run?) on a weekend. Our family didn’t get to ride it Saturday and our Girl Scout Troop was supposed to go Sunday and had to make different plans actually worth it. The caramel corn had no flavor and wasn’t worth $10. Lots of amazing photo ops! Good selection of pumpkins though, many available wheelbarrows, and when we have the money the kids do love the bigger corn maze! Patch needs to get a few things fixed but has awesome potential. Was our 3rd year there and will probably return still. Thanks for all...
