Devoted Electric — Local services in Woodruff

Very poor experience with this company. We called Devoted to come install a temporary pole for us and we paid $1600. When the lineman from Duke Energy came out Nov.11 to hook it up to power they told us that the box was incorrect and they don’t use ringed boxes anymore for the last 10 years. We called Devoted to ask them to change it to a ringless box and they told us that this was news to them and that these are the standard boxes they always install. They wanted to charge another $600 dollars to replace their mistake. The electrician that was supposed to come out was very unprofessional and irresponsible with time and he never showed up. We had to buy our own ringless box, that the electrician told us he wasn’t able to find, and install it ourselves. I don’t recommend this company to anybody looking for professional...

It was my first time using devoted electric and I was thoroughly impressed with how professional they are. First they gave a time between 9:30 and 12 when I set my appointment. The day of they called me and hr before to tell me when they would be coming in that time slot which I appreciate! Roger was on time and took the time to explain everything. He was able to fix multiple light issues in 3 different rooms all within 1.5 hrs. I highly recommend them and plan to use this company in the future. And super reasonable...

These gentlemen was amazing! First they came out and checked my home to see what the problem was. Then they gave me an estimate on how much it will cost to get the issue fixed. Once we set a date they arrived on time and got the job done. Once they was finished, they went back through the house to make sure everything was working like it should.
