I'm a RE Garrison driver come in last night to pickup a preloaded trailer I understand there is no overnight parking and I respect that but I was finishing up my pretrip inspection on new the trailer I picked up when the lady working nights driving the yard truck came to me truck and told me she was the yard manager and I was taking to long asked me if I had check out (had my paper work) I sad yes and was told I would have to go outside the gate if I did that it would block the drive way but didn't realize milos had set a time frame for drop and hooks my company has not said anything to all the drivers that this is a milos policy in moore sc I'm thinking it's more like a power trip my company has been made aware of this cause several other drivers had complained about the same issue with the night yard manager but the lady in the shipping office at night is super nice there is no notice posted in the shipping office pertaining to the drop and hook policy maybe upper management could clarify this in a timely manner instead of being confronted in the yard by the night yard manager never had this problem going into milos during the day just at night has happened twice same sift same yard manager...

Another garrison driver, I had to do a split sleeper at my last drop In charlotte.. once they finish, unloading me no parking I had to leave so I figured since this is a contracted place with Garrison they would not care if I parked here and waited six hours until my appointment after an hour and a half of being parked and told I can park here and wait on my appointment. Someone comes and knocks on my truck and tells me I have to move. I’m so confused. Do you guys not realize there’s literally nowhere to park? I’m so mad. And a facility this big there’s absolutely no reason we should not be allowed to park here other than they are just petty. Picked up here 8/22. Looks brand new here. Lots if space to back into the docks. To get to the truck entrance on Center Point off of Route 221.... make sure you park first in one of the available spaces, then check in. The yard jockeys move around alot. Check in with the tablet by the door way, then they text you for your door assignment, and when theyre finished. It took about 2 hrs to load. I can work with it.
