From website information they list pickleball Open Play. Just to be sure called ahead. Staff: Nope couldn’t find. Then directed person to website. Staff: Oh I guess we do! Me: ok are you sure because I’m traveling a distance to play. I was assured it would be happening and “just sign in at the hotel for day pass”. After several run arounds finally find the athletic club which is miles away from hotel… Was told by third staff person: people reserve courts. We don’t have Open Play. I pull out phone and explain I called yesterday to confirm. Receptionist nods to acknowledge the website indeed says there is Open Play scheduled. But nothing more. Pro comes sauntering over and says of course we have Open Play and how absurd of me to suggest they didn’t. (Eye roll) But not until next week. What a Colossal waste of time. How hard is it to keep an accurate schedule online? Apparently difficult. But for goodness sakes, hire ppl who are helpful and knowledgeable. Staff didn’t even bother to apologize or acknowledge the series of errors, misinformation or that wasting my time was avoidable. Unbelievable. Will not return and would not recommend this place. Pretty unprofessional and woefully underwhelming as a visitor. I really expected a much...

Well organized facility with friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Plenty of exercise equipment, salt water pool enclosed on three sides with floor to ceiling windows affording a view of the tennis courts and landscape.
