My friend took his car here a while back and we needed to get the information they had done on the vehicle. I called and they just said no they never had the car there. I asked if there was a way to look up in the system of a vehicle ever being there. He said no he's there every day and doesn't remember the vehicle I described. I asked if maybe he could look up my friend's name and he said "No. no one brought that car." I asked about ANY car by my friend's name and he just said no. Did not help me out not one bit. It's 2017. Get with the system. Get organized and keep files together before I send an auditor...
