This originally was a five star review. Let me CORRECT myself. I went to this store to follow up with Bobby because when I met him the first time in an AT&T store in Delaware, he signed me up for a “teachers discount” and that discount disappeared off my account days later because in his words, my school “wasn’t a qualifying school” for the discount. However his words changed when I visited a 2nd time coincidentally when I was in the market to upgrade a phone/spend money. It was clear that he wasn’t honest about the teacher’s discount originally especially when I saw for myself by another AT&T representative but I went with it assuming it was an honest mistake. I’m about a month away from my “upgrade” just to learn it wasn’t an “upgrade”, it was an added line manipulated to my bill. I confronted Bobby personally and professionally about this and after an AT&T representative CONFIRMED what he really did do which is not what I AUTHORIZED and he lied. Manipulative and dishonest and even though I will PROVE what he did and not pay for a bill/phone I never authorized, he wasted so much of my time. Do not let him...
Read moreRude. I went into Dunkin so my daughter could use their bathroom bc we all know AT&T would not let us so why even bother..... I came out to find a big, black sign saying "Parking for AT&T customers only" infront of my car. 1) it was 9am. How many phones are you selling?? 2) the parking lot was pretty much filled w the exception of the spot next to my car, but being 8months pregnant i like to have a little space. Obviously this early in the morning, dunkin is busier than a phone store..... 3) there are FOUR buisnesses in this shopping center. How am i supposed to know who is whose spot since u put the sign out AFTER i parked there??? 4) its a freakin parking spot. Grow up. Next time say something so i can relocate my vehicle one parking spot over instead of placing a sign infront of My vacant vehicle while I'm in the bathroom w my little child. I'm sure At&t is a wonderful company but obviously they hire douche bags w no spine so I would never buy a phone from...
Read moreVery nice customer service representatives. However, it wasn’t until a few days after leaving that we learned that this was not a good experience and would not come back. We made a purchase (iPad) based on what their sales representatives told us, that we later learned was incorrect (we were told it was a non-cellular iPad, although we later received a cellular iPad in the mail). Cellular iPads come with a monthly fee, activation fee, etc. We returned the iPad immediately, of course having to pay a restocking fee. Additionally, cell phone insurance was added to our bill, although we did not request or authorize that. It wasn’t until we looked at our next monthly bill that we learned of these several unexpected fees. We called AT&T and we’re, fortunately, able to get a credit for most of these fees. So, what did I learn? I’d highly recommend reviewing everything that will be added to your phone bill prior to...
