Bergin's Chocolates — Local services in Worcester Township

This is one of our favorite family traditions. We typically splurge for their chocolate eggs (buttercream dark chocolate and peanut butter milk chocolate). This is a wonderful long standing family business in the area. We were headed out to Lancaster and drove past their residence (with on premise store) and decided we would return on the way home. So, we checked their hours and were able to make it before they closed. It isn't a flashy store... most likely a garage converted long ago into a shop with on site baking capabilities... but it has plenty of delicuous treats. The elderly man who helped us couldn't have been sweeter (no pun intended but it does seem fitting)... It is a bit of a splurge, but the level of quality makes it si worthwhile. So, when you want to treat yourself, definitely an experience worth...

My mother always bought Easter and Christmas candy from Bergin's. I saw a spot on action News recently and decided to visit to pick up Easter candy. It was only a half hour trip from Havertown. They were quite busy on a Thursday afternoon, and not fully stocked because of that. That was a good sign for their business, unfortunate for me. They were out of peanut butter eggs with milk chocolate, so I purchased the dark chocolate peanut butter eggs, which my family actually liked better! Love this little chocolate shop. The candies are made right there in their shop, what I'm assuming might be garage converted into a shop. Home made. Awesome people, friendly & helpful with trying to make up my mind on what to get!! Every time I'm in the area & even when I'm not. I stop by. Just stopped today for Easter.
