This is a company that'll run the hell out of you and you make no money. They want to pay you like a regular driver and give you nothing for the truck and as soon as you make a mistake. They want to disown, you dispatchers, are very nice, and that's what they're told to be Antoine. He don't know how to run a business. And he promised you more money but he never comes through, and what he does come through on, he cuts the loads. So you get less pay you're out there for long days, 12/14 hours a day, with no money. Be aware like I said, as soon as you make a mistake, Antoine will be on your back. Be careful owner operators of this company. They are definitely playing games. They never tell the rates upfront unless you call the Payroll every time first, if you try to do so, the dispatcher tells you he is going to be moving to the next driver. They try to pressure you to accept loads by not giving you the chance to call Payroll. They should let you know the rates upfront before hauling the loads, but they don't. Their rates are way too low, and they don't tell the truth. Also, you will spend a very good time in the rail yard trying to find their equipment and you would be lucky to find one without defects. They don't have a good system to report defective ones.

Buttom line, you won't be able to survive with this company nor making a good living. They are shady...

Horrible place to have a lease . Owner operator you will not make no money at all. I had 2 trucks , after expenses 1400 bucks for both trucks! . Very unprofessional people on management. Starting with Antone P . If you have an issue you will never find him. No call returns or email. But if you make one mistake. He will be the first one to call you . Dispatch manager Faith.
