We have used this company a few times, however this last time didn't quite go as well. Bonnie, the woman that answers the phone & I believe dispatches the technicians is SUPER RUDE. Customer service is NOT her strong suit, if I'm being honest, she shouldn't be left to talk to any clientele, she will definitely drive business away. I only have one star, because I had to to leave a review, she yelled, was rude and ended up hanging up. Definitely needs to be trained in THIS decade on customer service skills and de-escalation. As a quality assurance professional, I was shocked at her behavior and lack of gumption concerning her manners and her employers clients. I am assuming calls are NOT recorded. David the owner, needs to definitely put her on some remedial probation until she learns how to address the public. Read moreI have used them before with no issues. However, this time was different. I had spoken with 2 different people the day I requested service. Both had told me 2 days, not an issue as it is peak season. I called back on the 2nd day and was told no it would be 2 weeks. How did it go from 2 days to 2 weeks? I can see an extra day or 2 maybe. I have also found out that people who had work orders turned in after mine had already been seen and parts ordered. I believe that my initial assessment did not seem to be an expensive repair so I was pushed off until later...but I have no proof of that. I found a company that was here when they said they would be, assessed the situation and unfortunately found problems I could not see. They ordered the parts and installed a brand new system before this company could even come out to assess the problem.
