It's a rip-off! Plain and simple. You NEVER get anything paid off because of interest rate and other charges you don't know anything about. Service sucks. Husband had been a loyal customer for years. When we got together I took notice that the payment deduction never was the actual deduction by the time the next bill rolled around 🤔. The lawn mower was the last straw. We cut grass for almost 1 season before it broke down. It stayed in the shop for the winter. When spring came along it took 2 months of that season before it was fixed. Finally got it back only to cut grass 2 times before AGAIN putting in shop. Had to pay someone to cut grass for the rest of the summer. Again, it stayed in shop for the winter. Come spring it still hadn't been worked on! Finally got home office involved. They directed us to Cullen Supply to fix. When husband took it there the manager here in Wrightsville had called them to inform them that they, Farmers Furn, would not be paying the bill. OMG! It was ugly. The lawnmower was shoved off in Farmers Furn parking lot with a few choice words and we informed them to come get everything! That was a Friday afternoon. On Saturday morning everything was packed up and waiting for them on the front porch. Manager didn't even have the nerve to come. He sent assistant (now she is a sweetie pie) and delivery boys. She apologized profusely but we were DONE! Best decision we ever made. I don't miss giving them $275 a month and realized there are other ways of accumulating the big price items you need...

Josh is Wrightsville Farmers Furniture is AWSOME!! Always been the greatest to me & my family. Real down to earth guy that really cares about your needs. PROBLEM- A/C’s are the pits. NO MATTER what cooling/voltage range they ALWAYS seem to break just after warranty runs out- last about 1-1/2 to 2 yrs then DONE FOR. Yes I do regular maintenance. If still under warranty Josh will do everything he can to get it fixed or replaced for you. But company has known about this for YEARS & still can not seem to get manufactures to fix problems. ALWAYS same issue. A/C will not cycle back on after it cycles off. Either computer board or TXV Valve but is a constant problem. And with 5 window a/c’s in our home it is a bad headache to replace as always 1 or 2 going out at same times. Thanks for letting me PUBLICLY ACKNOWLEDGE this issue. Update...my frig died, but the great folks at Farmers in Wrightsville saved the day. They delivered and set up my new side by side. I love it, guys. The only thing missing was the groceries. Next time Farmers..next time! 😆🤣😂

If I could give more stars, I would. I had an awesome experience at my hometown furniture store. Nikki and Josh went out of their way to help me get my new loveseat and rug. They could not have been any nicer or any more helpful. The prices were pretty great, too. Thanks a...
