Bought a ceramic pizza oven and paid over the phone. I went to pick it up only to find out they sold it to someone else. I had to wait to get another one and it was a gift for my husband who was coming home after being gone a month. They said they would deliver with a couple pizzas since they screwed up. They delivered but didn’t bring any pizza. They said they would do something at the store. When I went in and asked about it, they were rude and told me they were sure they took care of that. A friend that was with me said something because of the tone they had. After multiple mixed up orders at the live sales, I finally said something. They were unbelievably rude. I shopped there a lot, only to experience horrible customer service. If you shop there, be sure to check your orders! Best to find another store.

You blocked me because you didn't like that I would hold you accountable to the mistakes you were making. I don't call it making it right when your son accuses me of "already taking care of that", when you didn't. I overlooked a lot and stayed positive with you. But when you make that many mistakes, don't blame others for calling you on it and publish "that's why I blocked you". That's passive aggressive and shows your true colors. Hello I visited your store today, June 27 around two or 3 o’clock I was the lady in the red shirt with the American flag. First of all I would like to say that your store was nice. But I did not appreciate you following me around the store like I was going to take some thing without paying for it. You really creeped me out. I was planning on buying one of the big roosters and a red cardinal for my garden and I was looking in the store for something that I could put on our porch, but after you creeping me out so bad I will never ever go back to your store. I will also make sure that I tell people that if you are by yourself do not go to that store because you will be followed.. It could’ve been a very nice experience.
