So, we visited Synergy Appliances a week and a half ago with the intentions of just buying an extra refrigerator for our basement . . . but we didnât buy one fridge, we bought two. After Brian showed my wife and I around their beautiful showroom we settled on a Frigidaire side by side for the basement and our gorgeous LG two drawer, French door for the kitchen. The Frigidaire was new out of the box and we got a great deal on it. The LG was on the scratch and dent side of the show room and was brand new with only one small dent on the side which is hidden between our cabinets. That small dent (size of a quarter) saved us $1400 over Best Buy and Home Depot. What a deal! We got the five-year Synergy warranty added to the one-year manufacturer warranty and now have peace of mind for six whole years.
Delivery: The day of delivery Synergy called ahead to let us know when to expect them. When Nick and Will got there they were very polite and extremely conscientious about keeping our floors and carpet clean. They were very professional and skilled with our appliances. Not once did I worry about damage to the house or appliances as they hauled those big units up and down stairs. Our old, large fridge needed to be moved into the garage to be sold the following day. No problem, the guys took the doors off, drawers out, got it down the stairs and in the garage and reassembled in no time. When Nick and Will left it looked like our new refrigerators had been there for months.
Service: Our LG fridge was delivered on a Friday. By Monday the ice maker still wasnât dumping ice. I called their service department and they troubleshooted with me over the phone and then Andy showed up at our door the next morning. Andy was very knowledgeable and knew right away what the problem was. A rear panel in the freezer had shifted during shipping causing air flow to the ice maker to be blocked some. Rear panel fixed, ice is now filling the bin.

   Read moreI purchased a brand new refrigerator and washer from Synergy. BOTH appliances were broken upon delivery. The brand new refrigerator had a water filtration issue and the washer failed on the first load with a from a bad motor fault sensor. They then picked up the washer and charged an additional $50 for a different washer. The ensured me this washer was brand new and would work excellent and that they would install it. The showed up, dropped of the washer and did not install it. Regardless, my husband installed it and upon the first load of laundry it was discovered that washer did NOT work. Upset at this point, I called and spoke to the owner's wife who could not not seem to care less about our experience. I had received excellent customer care through their technician, Vern during his service call to diagnose the original appliances. I cannot speak higher of the guy for his helpfulness.
