Day-of, Ashley arrived at our villa and immediately got started. Our property's owner had recommended Ashley's services, and her familiarity around this particular house's kitchen was fabulous.

Talk about feeling treated like royalty -- Ashley set the table with beautifully coordinating silverware and placemats with our customized menus placed in the center -- perfect to set the tone for a more special evening. She also kept us informed and well fed from the first pour of mango margaritas with our salt-fish fritter appetizers through to our dessert of red velvet rum cake.

Chef Ashley treated our group of 11 to an exceptional dining experience during a private dinner held May 14, 2024 at a beach house rental in St Croix. Her culinary skills and creativity truly made the evening unforgettable.

From the first course to the final dessert, each dish delighted not only the taste buds but also the senses. The use of fresh, quality local produce and innovative flavors showcased her talent and passion for cooking.

Our culinary journey included appetizer of Jerk Chicken Empanadas, Yaadie’s Mix Green Salad with a mango dressing, entrée of Seasoned/24 Hr marinated Pepper Fried Chicken, with a side of Ash’s Gourmet Mac & Cheese and a desert of Mango Cheesecake.

Private chef for special occasion Service- 5 star. You can't ask for more. Your private chef to serve the meal just as you like. Food - delicious. We had surge and turf. My wife couldn't decide between the lobster and filet did we had them both. See menu in my photos. Atmosphere- it was our private rental villa so we decided island formal.
