I am thrilled Yakima has this! I am obsessed with plants! I used to live in Yakima and there have been some cool changes in the town in the last few years. I was so excited to swing by and I already have quite the collection. I went in to look for something special and hopefully rare since I kind have most of the “normal” house plants. I was sad to say the interaction with the manager (I think she was a manager) was very.. strange. She was cruel to another employee right in front of me and it made me feel uncomfortable. I tried to brush it off because they could be best friends and I just walked in on a weird moment. She then was very harsh and sarcastic when she spoke to me. I had given myself a $300 budget and instead I bought nothing. Whenever I travel I buy a rare plant. I was hoping to find a Thai. I love the plant community and it made me a bit sad to see the way the young manager was talking to other people. Plants saved me from a rough time in my life and the plant community on the west side is super cool. I hope people can learn to be more kind. This is a weird review I know.. the plants were awesome but it was a weird vibe so I went to flower world on the west side instead when I got home...

I don’t even know where to start. This place is so special. As soon as you walk in you feel as you are in a completely different world. It’s amazing that the mall has a place like this. I have bought most of my plants here and they thrive like no others. Th employees make sure that you get paired with the best plants. From beginner to expert. A plus is that they will pot your plants for a small fee and even dress them. There is also sooo many crystals. Anything you need you’re most likely to find here. The staff is very knowledgeable and very approachable. AND they have a great rewards program!! It almost pays to shop here. Thank you to the wonderful owner, Eileen, who makes this special...

Friday 23 September 2022 - 5 Stars Came to the mall today to get a gift for my wife. Had never been into this business before. Was EXTREMELY happy with the service I received. Was looking at a Bonsai Tree. Neither my wife or I have ever had one. I asked to be education on the care and maintenance of this plant, to determine if I'd buy one. The staff treated me with great patience and gave me great ideas and information so I could make a decision.

I'm very happy with what I bought and know my wife will be very happy.

Will return often - they said to come in anytime we have a question or need to "repot" the tree. It's only a $5 charge to repot...
