We stumbled upon this place as we were looking for a disc golf course on our way from Traverse to Cincinnati. I've never played disc golf on a currently active (traditional) golf course. We played in the evening after all traditional golfers had teed off, so there wasn't any conflict. The course is long and open until the baskets. It was fun to play such a great manicured place versus some of the neglected disc golf courses around. They even have carts to rent, as you'll be crossing fairways often. The course is fun and nice, but the restaurant was the real star. Blue Wagyu is a great place to stop for and after round meal. Great service, good beers on tap besides a full bar. The food was excellent! I had the Truffle burger with fries and a salad bar. I can easily say it was the best meal I have had in over a month (and I like my food). Stop in for friendly service and a great upscale disc golfing experience. I might even wear a collared shirt next time I...
Read moreLate to review. Always enjoyed this course. Earlier this season we had a large group outing that reserved a t time month or more in advance. We get there to see a massive golf outing and we were told they don’t have room for us. After telling them when we reserved at time they said we make can room for 9 holes only but come back after the turn. So we come back after the turn and allow us to do another 9. So no problems really. Until the heavy set worker comes on a cart on our 2nd to last hole saying if we don’t finish in 5 minutes he will have to kick us off for the next outing. THE MOST STUPIDEST thing I have ever heard. You let people pay to golf and then say that? Glad I told him we will be done when we finish. Insane on some of the things people choose to say. Golf carts give people power...
Read moreMiserable Golf course, how anyone could give a positive rating is beyond me. They receive 1 star because they refunded me money after 9 holes. While on the third green, we are greeted by 9 4-somes coming out for an outing. Mind you, we're already waiting behind two 4-somes that won't let our 2-some play through, when they're duffing each and every shot. Regarding the course itself, not a flat tee box in site. They did say they screwed up when I went to get a refund, so at least they didnt lay blame elsewhere, I'll commend them for that. Offered me another 2 rounds which I respectfully declined. There's simply not a chance that I'd ever go back. Greens rolled okay, little shaggy. Smelled like a cow pasture out there too. Stay away, stay very far away, unless you like 6...
