Delta Ace — Local services in Yazoo City

Wow! I've been across most of this great country and stopped at many, many Ace hardware stores. I can tell you, without hesitation, this is the worst one. Price was wrong at register, and once challenged, the excuse was that the price date was old. "Manager" would not honor the $2 difference. I suggested to her (no name tag) that the price tag label needs to be changed because it deceives the customer. She told me she was the only one who could change it but offered nothing to make it right or change it. Huh? I just left. I can not be in the presence of employees who have such a lack of customer appreciation for the hard earned dollars in my hand. Worth the trip to Yazoo City and back for oddball and/or metric nuts and bolts. Replacing the Bendix on a skid steer starter, rounded off the stupid Phillips head machine screws, so drilled the heads off and replaced the pathetic OEM fasteners with flange bolts, and while I was at it, got a shiny a$$ new M8-1.25 flange nut for the “bat-tree” post.
