I had a problem but they worked extremely hard to correct that problem. We worked 2-3 days to fix that problem with messages after message. So I can truthfully say they do believe in Customer Service above anything else. They believe that their customers come first over anything. As we all know this is a business and they are in this business to make money because they have staff to pay, utilities to pay, taxes and so on. So if your expecting a building for free that's not going to happen but if your experiencing a problem they WILL work as hard as they can to make it right. They WILL sit down with you, Design the building you need. They do build good sturdy building that can hold a lot of stuff, May be all your stuff. There tiny homes they Will build it to your standard then will build it to set it up where you need it. The price will be reasonable and fair priced. So if you need a good sturdy building to put your junk in or anything give Shivers Building a call. They will treat you right and fair. I'm truly satisfied with the way they treated us and they work truly and really hard to get the building we needed and they worked really hard to see that we were satisfied with our building. My husband and I stopped by Byram's Shivers Buildings location a few days ago. We were greeted by Sales Rep Bradley Parker pleasantly and professionally. While looking at the sheds on site and after discussing our need, as in "Gina needs a she-shed" to work with my flowers, Bradley led us to the size that would solve the she-shed issue. We were even able to customize our shed, choose exterior and trim colors and relocate the door and windows that best served our location. The whole process was smooth and accommodating. My husband and I were overwhelmed by not just the quality of the carport but of the people behind it. Ms. Brittany at Shivers Buildings was so amazing. She always went above it not just being a job but to the level of being a friend concerned about you. The men that came to install the carport were also polite and helpful with any questions. These were the hardest working men. When the job was complete, they cleaned up any thing that was laying around. .very professional. They definitely deserve a hugh raise. We will be highly recommending you to others. This carport wasn't a single poled but double bottom beams and poles. We will enjoy it for a long time. Thanks again for everything you have...
