I have been here twice and each time bought tickets for the balcony section which i highly recommend. The chairs are extremely comfortable and you can recline in them. Also, there is a button up there which you are ideally supposed to be able to press and have them come up see what concessions you want and bring them to you without you having to miss any of the movie. I said ideally because that is not the way it has worked either time i was there. The first time I would press the button and continue watching the movie. Then they would come up turn it off without asking what i needed and go down stairs. On the third try i stood by the button and finally got my order taken. The second time i went apparently the button was not working at all and i finally caught someone going by with supplies. After the movie was over she tested it and it was not working. On the bright side they are super friendly. The only other negative is if you have to use the restroom when you are in the balcony then you have to go downstairs through the door that leads you outside and then go into the another door to get into the lobby where the...
Read moreI want to start off by saying we absolutely loved this theater and visited quite frequently. the staff was friendly and the place is always clean and inviting, until tonight. my family and I went to enjoy a night out. I was enjoying the movie the last rodeo when about 10 minutes into the show I was asked to leave because my son was talking. he was NOT being loud he just made a small sound and I was asked to leave. had he been loud I would have dismissed myself out of respect for the other guest. if his age was an issue I should have been told at the door before spending money on ticket and concessions. there should be a sign on the window stating certain ages are not allowed in that particular movie. we have been visiting that theater since they opened but tonight was our last night. I was able to get a refund on my ticket and offered to sit in the other movie but I didn't go there tonight to see a different movie I was there to have a family night...
