Today I pulled into the parking lot of Keystone, as I am now very aware of the business name, to try to safely assess where I needed to go. I was using GPS to find a nearby address but was unfamiliar with the area. I pulled into a parking spot next door to try and see the address numbers on the buildings. As I was pulling out my phone to better view the map a man approached me with his dog. He asked if I was coming to Keystone and I said I was not sure where I was going and was trying to figure that out. He said that this was Keystone and it was private property. I said okay if he gives me a moment I'm trying to figure out where I'm going and then I will be happy to move my vehicle as I had only pulled in to assess where I was. He asked me if I was applying for a job at Keystone and said no and repeated that I was trying to figure out where I needed to go, saying that I needed to get fingerprinting. He then said that someone had told him that people can't read when he put up private property, no trespassing signs and that they were right. He then said that the yellow house was where fingerprinting was. I said oh okay great, thank you, I'll go find where I am supposed to park. He did tell me to go around the block and down the alley so at least he was informative there. I exited through the rear of the parking lot and could see where a baracade was placed in the alley, blocking the alley entrance from Keystone's side.
Perhaps instead of aggressively approaching people who accidently enter your parking lot and being condescending you could find a more productive way to spend your time. I guess that's how it is when you have no customers to attend to. I have heard that word of mouth/ referrals are the best way to expand a business. This is really "shooting yourself in the foot" so to speak. We are all part of the same community, but now I know that this is not a business I would want to utilize or recommend as they are not a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreāAre you here to put in an application?ā asked the āgentlemanā approaching my car with his dog, as I got out to figure out where I was supposed to be. I replied, āI sure wish!ā because the stranger made me uncomfortable, and I was late to an appointment for a building I could not find. Rather than stop on a street with no shoulder, or obstruct the fire department, I chose to pull into the parking lot of a business with a similar address to assess my situation safely. What I found incredibly offensive is that he didnāt ask my qualifications before he ran me off! I occasionally run errands for my veteran father, so I find it really gross that he interrogated me in such a way when thereās always the chance that I could have been a guest of his services. He told me I needed to go down the road and into the alley (that I did not know existed) to access the fingerprinting parking. I found it incredibly intriguing when the staff told me that he had placed a barricade between his parking lot, and their previously accessible parking lot leading to their building. Maybe you should hire me to make up for your lack of guest service and problem solving capabilities. Together, we could get this facility to five stars in no time. Have a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've never used this service but after an encounter with a staff member in the parking lot of the store today, I can 100% confirm I will never consider Keystone Electronics for anything. When trying to find parking for an appointment in the building next door today, my GPS directed me to park in the Keystone lot. After seeing cones in all of the parking spaces I knew something was up. I drove around for a minute or two only for an angry male to yell at me something along the lines of "this is private property, that I am trespassing, and it is not his problem that I am lost". I was very upset at this encounter after being accused of something I know I would never purposely try to do; I am simply a 20 year old student teacher trying to get her fingerprints done before the start of the school year. I would never park in a place that was not allowed either. This staff member definitely knew where parking for the Identigo building was, but refused to help at all, and was very rude and obnoxious in the process. I am a big believer in giving business to people who give you respect and kindness; if you are a similar thinker I highly recommend finding somewhere else to take your...
