Strongly do not recommend. Poor communication, contract not followed, customer has to follow up/ seek info on order status once changes were submitted. I wanted a cascading bouquet for my wedding; to show off the top half of my dress. I got the opposite and it consumed my entire dress. Minutes before the ceremony began, we were cutting and rearranging flowers to attempt to make it less invasive. The corsages were falling apart before they were even removed from the box. Very poor experience and will not be recommending to anyone. Attached is my bouquet after my bridal party attempted to fix her mistake.

Edited to add since I cannot respond directly to the response: I didn’t pick up flowers, so I did no tossing anywhere. They were very much in an air conditioned vehicle so weird to assume something. Additionally, we did hold it the correct way, but the flowers were coming out and still consuming everything, we did reference your video, and the way it’s pictured was the best way to still show detail in the dress. Strongly would disagree that they were thrown into a car, as they were in a mound of blankets on the seat. Also, we didn’t want them worn for the rehearsal and wedding day, that was never discussed. We had them for rehearsal in a fridge, and planned to use them during the wedding day. So not sure where you imagined our conversation of wanting to use them for rehearsal when it was specifically for the day of and did want them the day in advance. It’s unfortunate that you’re displacing your anger and trying to fault us when the order wasn’t correct and it was past the point of being able to correct them. And yes, payment was late, because communication was late and we needed to confirm the order was correct prior to making a payment. Hopefully you learn from your mistake and do better...

I came across Rooted in Medina while looking for a florist who would be willing to help out the non profit organization I work with and am on the board of directors for. We were looking to get some flowers in bulk for as cheap as possible for a fundraising event we were putting on for our kids. I had called multiple places before reaching out to them, some I will say were unpleasant. From the very first call, Lindsay and Rufus were so wonderful to work with. They were kind and attentive while talking through everything with me and so helpful with figuring out quantity. They assured me from the start they could meet or beat the competitors prices, which they did. In fact they were incredibly generous and decided to donate the flowers to us for the event. They had them prepped and in flower buckets for us ready to go at the promised time. The flowers were so fresh and beautiful. We got so many compliments on them throughout the evening.

We work with kids ages 5-22 in the performing arts. Our kids work so hard and give their all every single performance. It was so beautiful to see them light up when they received flowers from their parents, grandparents, family and friends. It made them feel special and they deserved those moments because they are special. It’s something that will stick with me forever.

This gesture from Rooted in Medina itself was amazing, but beyond that they really just left me with an overall good feeling. They made me feel like family and like they cared about these kids and this event as much as I did. THAT is something...

I’ve gotten flowers twice from Rooted in Medina and both times, I’ve been extremely happy with both the beauty and the cost of the flowers. The last order I put in was for my wife’s bridal bouquet. Because we were doing a small (3 people) wedding, she said she didn’t really need flowers for the ceremony. But I couldn’t let my beautiful wife stand there in front of me and the officiant and NOT have her favorite flowers (peonies) in her hands, right? Needless to say she was very surprised when I handed them to her just before the ceremony and we both thought they were just perfect for our wedding day. At the end of the day, I texted the owner a picture of my wife’s happy face as she held the flowers in her hands. I would recommend this small local business over any national chain delivery...
