I was the first person to ever rent my storage unit. Been keeping my things here for years. My mom died and I ended up getting behind and receiving a balance that I paid down. But because I was not all the way paid down to $0 they would not let me put things in my storage. I have a few friends that actually was able to put things in their storage with a $230 balance. Go figure. I didn’t want to take anything out just put a few things in. Since I was a valued customer and have been there since they opened they could have gave me a little wiggle room. The front desk lady told me she was not calling the manager and that she refused to do something she didn’t want to. I mean I paid most of my balance and I’ve been there for years. Now as soon as I pay the small amount left, I’ll move my things else where and never look back. No sympathy nor compassion. May God bless...
