Good service is such a rarity…When I tell you the service I received from this establishment was stellar, I am not exaggerating! It was exceptional.

Quick story: As a young veteran, I have suffered with debilitating back pain but it wasn't until recently, I got fed up and went on a hunt for a good chair. What I sought was a recliner that not only offered great lumbar support and functionality, but also, one with a stylish flair.

I don't know about you, but when I hear “recliner,” I picture my grandparents’ clunky, old square chair with a gear shifter on its side. Needless to say, my expectations were not very high.

As I was passively scrolling FB, something caught my eye. Low and behold, it was a stylish recliner but it only had the one picture, so I messaged the original poster for more info. That’s how I met the lady who introduced herself as, Deana.

Miss Deana was extremely helpful. Not only did she address all my questions, but she offered a virtual tour of the recliners, sent pictures of the chair I’d chosen and the measurements as well. Once I was certain of my selection, I secured the store location and later made plans for my daytrip.

Sixty-eight miles later, Miss Deana greeted me with a warm smile. We exchanged pleasantries and she directed me to the recliners. It was time for a test drive! Turns out the recliner I selected, despite its stylish appearance, wasn't very comfortable at all, so I toured and tested the other recliners.

What I appreciated most about my shopping experience was the space and opportunity to do my thing. She didn't hover and follow me everywhere. This enabled me the opportunity to take my time and fellowship with the chair of my preference. Deana anticipated my questions and was handy with the tape measure.

All set! I made my arrangements for pick up and communicated my continued interest once a week until I retrieved my chair.

The transaction and retrieval were seamless—I even got a recommendation for lunch before I hit the road again. Although I only came for a recliner, the warehouse itself was spacious, clean and well-organized. The merchandise offered did not appear to be a mass production of the community chain stores! My chair is not only a recliner, but it rocks as well. This is where the product meets functionality. My chair rocks!

My wife purchased the thermic cool phase hybrid King size mattress and it arrived yesterday. She has severe chronic pain in most of her body and had to use a cushion on top of our old mattress just to sleep in bed. While this purchase was to help my wife let me tell you this was the best idea she ever had and the best thing she has ever gotten I slept like I've never slept and my body doesn't hurt, now I understand what they mean when they say you can't put a price on a good night's slept! It helped my wife too 😂 she no longer needs to use a cushion or anything else to sleep in bed because this mattress provides everything she's been needing! Deana was very helpful in making sure my wife found the right choice for her needs, she was friendly and patient with all of her questions. The 2 gentlemen that delivered rounded out the whole process, they were kind, and went above and beyond just delivering the mattress, so the 3 of them made it a great experience from start to finish. I contacted Deana after seeing an add on Facebook for the shag snugglers, being disabled and struggling with severe chronic pain I haven't been able to comfortably sit in my living room for more than 2 or 3 years, and while their store isn't incredibly far from me it was far enough away that it would have been painful to try and make the drive there. Deana was able to do a face time with me to show me everything I needed to see and she was so nice and informative and just all around great! I bought 2 of the shag snugglers and she got me on the delivery schedule for Monday! Today Jaden and Matt came to deliver and set it all up for me, they were earlier than scheduled, they were super friendly, and had it all done in no time!!!
