First of all we chose Gill brothers because of the quality of furniture we thought was the best as it turned out. There was a few hiccups along the way our order was place 6/3/24 by Elizabeth our sale consultant which she was very Pleasant and willing to help us and she did tell us that it would be 3-4 weeks. It did come in July 19 and it was delivered the next week which was the July 26th The two delivery guys was very nice!! About 3days we discovered one of the recliners had a popping noise and the back of the recliner was loose, and my husband said that the buttons on the side to recline was backwards, meaning they were different from the other recliner and loveseat that we had purchased. so I immediately called Kim in the warehouse she sent out her tech. He was nice but the chair couldn’t be fixed but he did say maybe so our option was to get it fixed or have it replaced well. This is where it get tricky the furniture is now discontinued, but they had a recliner in the warehouse for me to go look at which I did. I did ask about if it was faded because there was a recliner in the window at the store when we bought this furniture but she told me that it wasn’t so we accepted. Kim said that she would give us 10%off and it will come in the mail. I am disappointed in the quality of the furniture itself. Because we spent $4252.82 cash for a NEW loveseat and two NEW oversize recliners what we ended up with was a NEW loveseat one NEW oversize recliner and one use faded recliner that was in sitting in warehouse.    Read moreI told the salesman many times that I was looking for a La-Z-Boy recliner. I asked him if they had lazy boys and he replied Yes they did, however, he took me around to show me different chairs that were not La-Z-Boy. I specifically wanted La-Z-Boy name brand because of their quality.I described the type of chair that I wanted Being just a basic recliner with the leg rest release being a button on the side.
He showed me everything but what I wanted, including chairs close to $1000. It was my friend who was with me who found the chair that I was looking for even though it was not Lazy Boy.
I didn’t make the purchase that day because I had to think about it. A few days later we talked on the phone and made the purchase over the phone. A day or two later I had more questions left a message for him to return my call. It took two days for his return call. My feeling is if you do not have a particular name brand the customer wants then the salesman needs to be honest and say they do not have that namebrand and to return phone calls that day.

   Read moreWas very disappointed with the customer service. I talked to a sales associate and told the associate we were looking for a table 8 or more people. They asked how many kids I had I told them one and explained why I still needed 8 or more seats possible. I ten mentioned myself and my husband would be back later in the week to pick one out of the ones I liked.. They showed me 4 and 6 tops and the only 8 top the store had on display they pretty much just walked by and said this one's expensive dismissively. Did not ask if I had questions. Did not stop to show me that some of the tables actually had bigger versions. Did not show me that I could create my own set on the computer they have in the show room. They associate handed me their card and kept repeating their name. I asked if could take pictures the associate said yes and walked away.
