In May (2024) my Ladies Auxiliary needed a fairly large order of one of their specality items. We wanted to present them to all the members of our Fire Department as a gift. I had a wonderful experience with first responder gift Company! The item that I had chosen was shipped out promptly and delivered to me within days of me ordering it. When I had opened up the package of the firefighters prayer figurine that I ordered I noticed a manufacture defect. It had a slight indent in the writing on the plaque. The owner of the shop responded promptly to my request and sent me out another firefighter prayer figurine. When I ask him how he wanted me to ship out the defective one, he said to please donate it to your local volunteer fire department which I did. I thought that was a very thoughtful gesture.
