12.18.24.. I arrived at cust at 1123p for my 10p appt, ironically shipping is between 6a and 10p. Anywho, I was late because of delay at 01. The young lady at the window was nice though so back at 6a. I came to check in at 552a and was greeted by at least 25 drivers in line ahead of me. I got to the office window for check in at 635a. I got a door right away.

The loading began at 652a and was done by 704a. I only needed around 2 to 4 palletts from this customer. I got the greenlight at 729a thinking i was done but NO!. I went into the office around 811a to see what's the hold up and was told I'd get a call for my bills. So around 832a i go back to the office ONLY to be told they're still waiting on products for my load and that they ONLY loaded two of the five palletts i needed. I asked why did i get the greenlight and the dock door closed as if i was done? Didn't have a response.

The man at the window stated that he had NO IDEA when the products would be arriving and it would take an additional 3hrs for the Cauliflower to cool before loading😡🤬. It is now 937a. I went to get an update on the products and was told it may be after 3p that it gets here, smh. I checked on progress at 404p and still haven't arrived. My FM was told at 441p that the product had arrived but needed to thaw out in about two hours. It is now 724p and was told another hour or so. Checked in at 807p and was told 9p. At this point, i asked to be called when ready. I need to get some type of sleep.

I got a knock on my door at 909p and the guy had the audacity to ask, if im loaded as if he didn know ehat was going in while reading the info wih my name on it🤬😡. I finally got loaded by 923p and waiting on call for bills. Here i am thinking I'm waiting on bills and get a call stating to go back to door 6 because the 90 added more pieces to order. I asked if no one seen this prior to adding the 3 palletts I was waiting on? I got bills in hand by 1017p.

Worst customer by far for loading...

This place is a joke nothing but wait time goin on. I get here and they tell me the product is not here yet so I wait.. Been here over two and half hours. Go in and ask again why it’s taking so long? same thing the product isn’t here. I said ok when will it get here? They don’t know. How do you not know? The warehouse guy said the product comes directly from the fields they pick it and they bring it here so they don’t know when it will be here. I’m thinking how stupid it is to order a truck to come pick up this load and the items are still growing in the fields around here.. thats just stupid.. why not store the orders u have, so when we get here we load the stored product and leave. I mean it is a refrigerated warehouse I’m sure those vegetables won’t spoil until the driver arrives to pick up the order. These corporations never care about the drivers time. This whole warehousing industry needs to be revamped....

Do not waste your time to come for pick up a load. This place been good yesrs ago to pick and drop off load. Now they don't care about your appointment time. First come first serve I am here over in hour to load 1 skid. This place is joke. Still waiting for a door. Sucks place. They change rules and don't care fir a drivers to be seating and waste time. That why I am only give them 1 star,actually they not deserve any Stay away from this place and hours of operation change all time,no overnight parking only...
