Over the years I have bought some expensive tools from here. Years ago I had bought a really nice chain saw that has some problems and the service department could not fix it and ended up upgrading the saw as a fix. They have always been super helpful. Have discounted things when we really needed it. The staff are some of the best and sad to see many of the great ones move on. They are super helpful to anyone and care quite a lot. I miss the days of the popcorn machine and the holiday flavors! There prices can be higher yet if you want to spend 2 hours round trip to got get just one item, then by all means do it.
