There are 2 facilities with the same address, cooler #1.....and cooler #2. They both have overnight parking on site. I checked in late with a missed appt time, with the after-hours office crew( cooler #1)and they took down my phone number for a work-in status only( all night waiting was wasted for nothing). Then in the morning when the main day shift office arrived, I was at the wrong cooler/ had to go check in at the other cooler #2 site down the road (but same address apparently). Had to call the 1800 phone number and request a new appt time for that day( you can check in up to 1hr prior to your appt time). After being in the door about 2 whole hours after my schedule time, they call to inform me that last part of the load product will not be ready for another 4 or 5 hrs, please pull out of the dock and wait to come back later in the day to finish load. On the second time in the dock later in that afternoon, it took about an hour and half to load the last remaining 3 or 4 pallets of product. At cooler#2 there is a nice outdoor picnic area and indoor plumbing restroom facilities. However at cooler #1 there are porta potty rows....large spacious overnight parking areas at both cooler locations. Moral of the story is...don't miss your appt schedule time, and find out if you are supposed to load at cooler...
Read moreComplete cluster** of a facility. They asked us to check in at Location 2, load at location 1 at a particular dock. Turns out that dock is taken by another truck, who as we later find out is stuck due to being locked in at the dock, and nobody able to release his truck. Oh and the dock light was defective too which was wonderful.
We asked shipping office at both locations and nobody knew what was going on. Heck the location 1 office asked us to talk to the truck driver at the dock, even though the driver had already spoken to them and tried to seek help from the loaders to no avail.
On top of that, after the guy left, and we docked. There was no communication as to when they'll be starting to load. Called location 2 because there's almost ZERO comm. between the two locations. Apparently guy named Cruz is loading us. But wait, Nobody knows who Cruz, but turns out he works day shift.
What's more, they got our order wrong and weren't sure if there were additionally 1 pallet or 3.
Oh and now we have to drive back to other location just for the paperwork.
Our appt was 5pm. It's now 12pm and we still haven't left the dock. ABSOLUTE JOKE...

Went to check in after I made my appointment and was told that one of my orders that I just made the appointment for was wrong so I couldn't get checked in till I got the correct info even though I just made the appointment not 20 minutes ago. Kept me in the door for over 2hrs cause they was waiting on product that was in the trailer that was in the door next to me but that loader was on break. When the loader finally showed up I was an hour late for my next appointment and they called me and told me they was waiting for my product that was in the trailer in the door beside me and I had to pull out of the door and wait for them to call me when they got my...
