Yea ⚠️PLEASE READ REVIEW BEFORE BUYING⚠️, we can see daylight through all the doors that lead out of the house, the trimming is the cheapest material ever, even with all the glue and million staples they use it still falls of, all of the walls are paperthin don't expect any privacy when speaking and dont recommend hitting the wall with your shoulder, you will put a hole in it. We have had 2 water leaks, the guys came to fix up the outside and missed 2+ spots where they still need to fix(havent gotten one message back), they had my child sign the paper saying that they did everything they were supposed too(which they didnt) we have scrapes on the floor that they say they can’t replace, don’t expect to fit in the shower either unless you are below 5’11. 100% worst mobile home company, do your self a big favor and just forget that this...

After purchasing a brand new home we have been waiting 3 months for any word about repairs.

After many many many phone calls and unlimited excuses about 'low workforce' and waiting for product to come in- we find out that really the products have been there for a month- and we had yet to get a call.

On top of that after finally receiving answers for their excuses the gentlemen had the nerve to be upset with us and give us attitude.

After spending $40,000 I would expect a lot more business sense. Who owns a trailer company that literally has 1 human being in charge of fixing every trailer they sell?

Be forewarned- dragging feet is their motto.

We purchased this home for my parents. From the time we ordered it until the time it was set, they worked with us on every aspect. There were some difficulties and issues that arose through the process but Dan, Joe, and George was all very responsive and helped find solutions. There are always unplanned things that happen with every home buy. These guys took care of things from manufacturer mistakes to small details. They stayed in contact and made sure everything was correct.
