I recently had the pleasure of visiting the newly renamed Mouratoglou Academy with my entire family. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Miss Nona, who guided us throughout the tour. She was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and helpful, making sure we felt comfortable and well-informed.
The campus itself is impressive, with a beautiful and inspiring environment that clearly supports both learning and athletic development. During our visit, we had the opportunity to meet several coaches, all of whom were approachable and passionate. They took the time to explain the academy's goals and vision, which truly impressed me. It’s clear that a great deal of thought and effort goes into creating a positive and effective training atmosphere.
Miss Nona also introduced us to other parents, the head coach, and several key staff members, helping us feel like part of the community. Her professionalism and warm demeanor added greatly to our experience.
Overall, I was very impressed by the Mouratoglou Academy—its facilities, its people, and its dedication to excellence. It was a memorable visit for me...
Read moreThis place is not dog friendly at all. My husband is a tennis player and now he loves Padel so much. When we found out that this place existed we were so excited to go every weekend. However, I don’t play any sports I just simply go and watch him play with my pup. One time we went with my dog and the lady at the front desk told me that I was not allowed in the property because they only accept service dogs but not emotional support dogs. I was very confused because first of all she said it in a very rude tone and I saw other dogs in there with a fake service dog vest that were clearly not trained for that. Unfortunately I stop going to see my husband for a while now because I don’t feel welcomed there and every time my husband calls and ask if we can bring our dog, either a new front desk person says yes (as long as the dog is “friendly”) or that same lady tell us NO all the time. I wouldn’t care if they were consistent with their policy because it’s not fair that other people can take their dogs there and the owner’s dog but not us. Staff is not...
Read moreI made a reservation for a tennis clinic by phone. However, after the employee talked to the coach, she called to change the reservation time to 12:30. I agreed to it and went at 12:30. However, the staff only said that they don't know and that they don't have classes at 12:30. I asked her to check, and she said I didn't work yesterday and I didn't know the contact information of the coach and the contact information of the employee who worked yesterday. And she told me that the coach had already gone home. She didn't even say sorry and treated me very coldly. They neglect their appointments with customers very much. It's not once like this, and a similar thing happened last week. The coach asked me to come at 12:30 p.m., but even if I asked how many times during the week, an employee who responds to calls only answered that she didn't know. Employees don't seem to be able to communicate with each other and don't think much about appointments...
