Get lead times and pricing up front. Seemed great at first, but after over two weeks and getting files converted to what they wanted, specifying how we wanted design laid out, still no design figured out. Looking somewhere else.

It’s interesting that you can write a comment on this review but I cannot. I have to edit the original. It did not take two weeks to get the images to you it took days. There was never an offer for you to format them. I had to ask several times where we stood with the designer. And as far as the designer, you said graphics were going to start today after you receive payment (after I asked you AGAIN were we stood) not ALREADY started in good faith!! You specifically said “graphics don’t start before payment” on Thursday even though in your review you stated they started on “good faith” last Saturday. You said you would go over all the pricing two weeks ago, but never did, or ask what type shirts etc. even though I gave you quantities of everything. There was never a dead line for next weekend. I asked today what timeframe we were looking at because my kids were originally HOPING for next weekend. And I would have gladly paid you in full two weeks ago to have them, but this was never discussed either. I even mentioned to you that we knew these shirts were NOT going to be cheap. Price or payment was not the issue here. Oh and let us not forget you blocked me on messenger in the middle of discussing this. I can easily screen shot the messages back and forth to this review if needed, but I’m sure you don’t want that!! They don’t lie. From your previous reviews, I’m not trying to say you are not good at what you do, I’m just saying to others to make sure they know what they are expecting vrs what you are offering.

Just my opinion, I’m not sure informing you that I wasn’t ready to pay $164+ for design work without knowing the approximate cost for the actual t-shirts is necessarily a “refusal of payment”. Also “just got off the phone with them and they are going to start the design work” as you send me the invoice I don’t believe is as you stated “started on Saturday in good faith”. Which by the way was the first time payment was actually even discussed so you making it sound like I am refusing to pay us the farthest thing from...

We have ordered personally and for the business from Pooky and Bell. Everything has always been super amazing (even my cut, paste, and color ideas) Kelly has made it happen, and look AMAZING!!! I still have and wear the very 1st hoodie she made me, from years ago and it still looks and wears amazingly. Her products stand tried and true.
