Market Basket — Local services in Zwolle

Good breakfast and lunch in the back of store hot and quick. If your close they usually keep everything well stocked. Prices is kinda high. But what do you expect being the only grocery store within a 10min ride unlike a 30min-45min ride to Wal-Mart. Great staff members unless you go to customer service desk. There is one lady that every time I use the service desk if she is working she is kinda rude every time. I get it your old tired and dread your job probably but She could do better with attitude towards customers. Most of time I take the extra time to drive else where if need anything like money order or to send western union just to avoid her. ...

4th time I have gotten home to find ive bought spoiled or rotten food. When i tried to get a refund for this most recent event (almost 20 dollars wasted food) store management said that they would require me to bring the slimy, rotten sausage back to them. Buyer beware, this store thrives on selling out of date, rotten food in hopes you live too far or loose your reciept. BTW this was Market Basket brand sausage and no i didnt get my money back (refused to drag rotten sausage out of my trash), no wonder all other branches of this chain have gone out of business treating...

Im not normally doing a review unless i have a bad experience. Next time try to be helpful to your customer if they have a complaint with your employee. They gave me the wrong change. I literally had $21 in my possession when i came in your store. She said no i gave her a $10.
