We originally booked through Expedia which incorrectly said this hotel was in Old Town but it's actually quite far away. We decided to stay the night regardless though. The check-in staff do not speak English but we managed with Google translate. Did think it was odd that they said they need to keep our passports. The reception looks very nice but unfortunately when you're taken to your room it is not the same. The bed in our room was solid as a rock, there was no hot water or toilet paper and the TV remote did not work. There is however a plentiful mini bar which we did not touch. Upon checking out we were told that we had used 1 bottle of filtered water and had to pay an extra 10,000 dong.
