Dam Da Mau Temple — Local services in Hoà Bình province

A great adventure through the shallow caves and steep step on the hills. I went to this place with my colleagues and coworkers. From Hanoi, it is a 2hr drive to south. The road was pretty down the less beaten track but the scenery was beautiful. We went to this place a few days after Tet Holiday, in Feb, so the weather in the northern part of Vietnam was pretty cold and breezy. Around the vicinity, you could see local selling crops and other local product like orchids taken from the mountains and other herbs. There’s a small flea market so you could go shopping for souvenirs and gifts for friends. This place is quite a visit. There small and deep caves. But be mindful because the passageway could be very low. You would literally crawl sometimes. The trek on the hill was an adventure too! It like climbing a 300m ladder. Very steep and could be slippery due to mist and fog on the hill. The view on top was awesome. Locals said, it would take a day for you to go to each temple. So if u up for a challenge, come...
