If you are in Mai Chau or passing by this is a must visit point. It's a very well made viewpoint with a wonderful coffee shop right at the deck. We bought a Hot Chocolate and a Vietnamese White Coffee, both were delicious. We went there about an hour before sunset and waited there till sunset. Enjoyed taking a lot of photos of me and my wife. Beautiful view to the Mai Chau valley. No parking at the flag pole. Instead park at the rest area about 100m away and walk down there. All services at the rest area was closed when I was there - probably due to reduced number of guests after Covid pandemic. But then - no parking or service fees.
