I went to the practice range so this does not rate the course. My experience has been really poor. First when we got off the taxi we were welcomed by two angry guards that would not let us walk or do anything other than go back into our taxi. To say this was unpleasant was an understatement. They did not speak English, they were pretty rude and did not try to understand what we were saying. We walked our way to the practice range and we found a very strict policy. I went with my child and were told it was not possible to share a mat. Fair enough, we paid a bit more for our balls and rented some clubs. The rented clubs were completely banged up, with big dents in the driver. The irons were a mix bag of old and from different brands. The grips were worn down. Although the facilities are pretty nice the attitude of the staff and the club provided really ruined the experience. For the price paid (26$ for 100 balls) I would expect to be treated a bit more friendly and have some decent material. There are more than a few golf courses out there, I would advise to steer clear of this place.

We had a good time with their stay and play package. Rooms were nice and felt luxurious, over looking the golf course. Their service were good overall from hotel check in to the amazing caddies but just a little messy at the tee time check in. Their 18 holes course is pretty standard but I’ve been to nicer ones. Due to the capacity they break up groups starting at hole 1 and hole 10 respectively. I’d say this is a rather local golf course that attracts mostly local Vietnamese players. At times it was rather slow and no marshal to help speed things up. My caddy- Thuy was SUPER AMAZING, totally game changer for me. She speaks good English and very encouraging and motivational. I would recommend this place for anyone who is in da nang and craving a game of golf!

We stayed at the hotel and the rooms and facilities were extremely pleasant. The hotel is midway between Hoi An and Da Nang. There are a couple of negatives, the restaurant food is not fabulous unfortunately it's average at best. And staff need to be trained on service, we had delays to get the staff attention for service. One night after a long day of golf and touring we chose to eat in however the restaurant wasn't open and we had to eat at the cafe at the golf range. Not exactly what you want from an overseas resort.||||The hotel didn't have a pool but this was being built. This went on past 9pm at night with heavy machinery being used.||||Rooms were spacious, and lovely, small issues were fridge wasn't working, however drinks were complimentary (no alcohol). I had an issue with my door not closing, I informed the staff after I found my room door unlocked on the first day. No repairs were done to the door still when I left after a 3 night stay. The desk staff finish around 9pm, the hotel was unattended couldn't get room service or housekeeping assistance, no on answered the phone.||||The hotel is not fully operational and there are still some teething problems. I would recommend this hotel for the good facilities, if they improve on food and service this will be a good stay. We travelled to Da Nang one night and Hoi An the other to eat as there was nothing really for us at the hotel.||||All extremely well appointed except for the fridge issues in all rooms. The rooms with kitchenette have no crockery or utensils. ||||The golf course and pro shop operation was all fantastic and we had a marvelous time. We Played 18 holes one day found the 10-18 holes very challenging. The Caddies were super and we needed all the help...

It has a nice golf course, and nice pool villa. HOWEVER, do not try to stay there overnight. The construction noise from across the street is DEAFENING, and goes on ALL NIGHT. It started in November and now it is laye Feb and they are just getting warmed up. It is NON-STOP. No one stops them and Montgomerie people only care about the golfers, not about anyone who lives in the villas. They every so often also CRANK the loudspeaker and play Vietnamese music at 5 or 6 am, or cut grass using a giant ancient LOUD machine, also 5am. The houses leak, and the phone lines are corroded inside the compound so your phone stops working weekly, we also lose power/internet frequently. If you work from home and need rest, forget it. You will get nothing done here.

The only ones who seem to do a great job in taking care of guests are the security and the pool cleaner. The rest do not care if they disturb you. They assume you are there to play golf only, so if you have small kids or don't wake up at 5am, or hate being woken up at 3am via Jackhammer, don't stay here.

They just built a small hotel in here but.... they have a VERY long way to go before they even get close to proper hospitality service.

Decent course, but condition wasnt great. Greens were in bad shape and one of the holes was closed for maintenence. On top of that, the service and ability to accomodate for kids was horrendous, making the whole experience was one of the most frustrating golf experiences I have had in my life.

Firstly the booking process was a pain and took multiple emails, a non-editable PDF booking form which i couldnt print and then sending pictures of my credit card, which i wasnt comfortable with.

I played with my 2 young kids and registered them for 9 holes including cart and caddies as they are young and were never going to play 18 holes. We just wanted to enjoy a little bit of golf together and for them join me for the full 18 holes in the cart. Unfortunately that was far from easy.

After 9 holes, I was told I had to pay additional spectator and golf cart/caddy fees/tips for the boys, on top of what i had already paid. This all turned into a heated debate at the pro-shop at the turn. All I wanted to do was to have ky mids join me in the cart for the back 9, and have some family time together, but i was told they had to ride in a separate cart and for me to pay all of the extras, cart fee, caddie fees and tip. It wasn't even about the money. It was about the lack of care, flexibility and willingness to allow us to enjoy the golf experience together. Almost everywhere else in the world where we play, they are very family friendly and accommodating to support the kids to have a good golf expeirience.

We are regulars to Danang and I have played at BRG Legends, Bana Hills and Laguna and this is by far the worst...
