An Amazing Safari with Room for Improvement!

Personal experience with Family Safari was fantastic and packed with unforgettable memories! The staff was friendly like those guys are just what the place needs in terms of Hospitality, and the safari itself was well-organized, offering an excellent view of wildlife and other. The family-oriented touch made it enjoyable for everyone.

However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Mosquito control was a bit lacking, which made certain evenings less comfortable. Additionally, it would be great if the accommodations were better subdivided to cater to different family sizes and preferences.

That said, these small issues didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Family Safari is a wonderful choice for a family getaway, and we’d definitely recommend...

We stayed at the Mukobonte suite and it was amazing. We carried our own mosquito repellant as they are a problem everywhere. The room was clean and finished with elegant style. The design is also so unique. In the morning we woke up to zebra grazing 1m outside the bedroom window. Also the shy bush buck were near the room. Other guests had mentioned their rooms being not so plush. The breakfast selection is very basic at yhe pool area with just some bread eggs and beans. The "omelette du fromage " was decadent to offset the lack of variety. Pool area is open to public and often has many visitors. Seeing good reviews we stopped here on our way to lusaka, just to see animals. We just got a chance to spend 10 min or so and literally we were chased by the guide. Is that the family safari policy or the guide was in a hurry to go somewhere?. We saw the zebras somewhere far in a glimpse but couldn't get a chance to go near bcoz the guide was busy chasing us. His words were ' this is the way outside, thank u, bye'.Just imagine we want to explore more and see animals, but..... Even when we were taking photos he was hurrying. Or photography prohibited here??? We felt like intruders. Very very disappointed. We don't even need a guide to roam around. Spent 200 k for nothing. Never ever...
