Fine Foods but deplorable service from staff and management.

Notified them of a defective item on their shelf an air freshener spray bottle and they told me to come back another day or just take it (as is ) or leave it because another customer would be willing to buy it as is. When I asked if they believed that was good customer service the “manager” said “yes, it is to us”.

There is another woolies store opposite from The Fridge close to Borrowdale School and they have comparable prices .

Save your money folks and go to a store that won’t sell you defective items while delivering bad service.

Fascinating place if you are looking for the finest and exquisite food items. Like, you can get Italian rice, pasta from Paris, spaghetti from Turkey, so to speak. They have a wide variety of spices. Looking for organic drinks, you can find them there. Well stocked with import brands, some few items are almost in the same range of prices as every other supermarket. If you stayed abroad,not local and are familiar with non Zim brands, this is the place for you. A chinese kitchen can be restocked properly from this supermarket- do you get me? Hamuna Royco guys.
