đAs a die-hard dim sum lover, I came across a recommendation for this place in The Hague online. People have even called it the âbest dim sum spotâ â so of course, I had to try it out! đSummary: Not quite the best, with mixed quality on dishes. đOrdered a big spread, so letâs start with the good stuff: đRed Rice Rolls: Crispy skin, very tasty. Shrimp Dumplings: Big and filled with fresh, tender shrimp. Stir-Fried Beef Ho Fun: Honestly, the best dish we had! 𼢠Now for the letdowns: đShrimp Paste Water Spinach: Lacked that strong shrimp paste flavor, though the water spinach itself was good. Turnip Cake: My dim sum must-have, but sadly disappointing â the surface was burnt rather than perfectly crispy, leaving a bitter taste (but the chili oil on the table was quite good). đRoast Duck and Char Siu Combo: The roast duck was decent, but the char siu was a bit tough and dry. Chicken Feet: Quite disappointing â I only ate one. It wasnât tender enough, and the meat didnât come off the bone easily, making it hard to enjoy.
