Three large pieces of ribs that are super tender and fall-off-the-bone with just a touch. The flavor is so rich and delicious, I’m still craving it even late at night! 🍖💭 Seafood Platter 👍🌟 Named Seafood Market on the menu, €30. It includes fried calamari, hot mussels, shrimp on ice, salmon salad, and tuna tartare. The calamari is perfectly crispy and refreshing with a squeeze of lemon; the hot mussels are cooked in a style that suits the Chinese palate; the shrimp on ice (only four pieces) has a salty, ocean-fresh taste that’s amazing with a dash of lemon – first sour, then salty, with a nice bite.
