Tucked away beneath a luxury apartment building, it's easy to miss—but the ambiance and food are absolutely top-notch. 🏙️✨ The star dish? Definitely the hearth-grilled prawns (see pic 6!). 🦐🔥 The prawns are incredibly fresh and juicy, and the best part? The staff peels them for you and serves them with chili sauce—so no need to wait for someone to peel them for you. Just head to SUMIBI! 😆 The owner is Japanese and previously ran a successful restaurant in Singapore's famous Japanese food district for three years. The flavors here are authentic and delicious. 🎌🍣 They also offer private dining rooms with an elegant atmosphere, perfect for business meetings. The quiet setting, away from the city's hustle, makes it even more special.
